Sizing details
We can make almost any size to order. Please contact us if you can’t find your size.
We recommend visit any jewelry store and get a professional calibration before ordering. The best way is to do this in 2-3 different places because the measurement result of different jewellers may vary slightly.
Please carefully choose the size. But if the ring you had ordered doesn’t fit, we can change the size for free. You have to pay only for the delivery.
We provide a big choice of sizes with a difference of only 0.25 so that you can order the most suitable size. But please keep in mind that any ring may have a small difference in size due to manual work, not more than 0.15.
Can I choose other stone for this jewel?
In most cases. You can write to us and we will try to find the right stone for you. Most often we use such stones as topaz, garnet, peridot, moonstone, labradorite, citrine, amethyst, opal, various types of quartz (smoky quartz, colorless quartz, rose quartz). And also we use cubic zirconia of different colors. We try to update constantly this list. So do not hesitate to contact us if you did not find the right stone.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order will be packed in a beautiful box and ready for gift.
If you would like to include a gift note in the parcel, please leave note to order with text of your message.
Custom and personalized orders
We don’t accept custom orders, including engraving. But we can add a stone to our jewellery or replace it with another at your request. Also we can choose color of the cord for pendant (chains we don’t sell – sorry).

Tracking your order
Tracking number for your shipment will be sent to your email address as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Usually it takes several days for ready to ship items and several weeks for made to order items.
UPD: We are working and send orders as usual, but now there may be delays in delivery due to cancellation of air flights and changes in postal logistics.
Return or Exchange
In the case of a return or exchange, the shipping cost 9$ and any customs fees (if applicable) should be paid by the buyer. If the order was delivered, but not received by the buyer, and as a result it is returned back, in this case double postage charged for two shipping.

Please contact us through Customer Service for any questions. Customer Service allow us to quickly see your message and reply to you, as opposed to direct contact through e-mail, which we do not check very often and where a message may be lost in a large stream. There is a time difference between different countries and therefore it may take us some time to see your message and reply to you.
